Cairns Gateway Estate
Cairns Gateway Estate is our largest commercial development to date, a 13.9 hectare site in Gordonvale, in Far North Queensland. The site has excellent exposure, located at the southern gateway to Cairns on the intersection of two major highways – Bruce Highway A1 (north to Cairns) and Riverstone Road (Gillies Highway, to the Atherton Tablelands). Gordonvale is now the primary residential growth corridor for Cairns, with substantial spending on infrastructure, such as the recently completed $481 million upgrade to the Bruce Highway.
Stage 1 and stage 2 civil works now complete and all lots sold prior to completion. Stage 3 will commence in late 2026 and will include the build of Hungry Jacks, Banjos and a large format retail centre off the Bruce Highway.

DEVELOPMENT
Riverstone Road North is a 13.9 hectare site in Gordonvale, now DA and OPW approved for a mixed use master planned development including industrial, transport services precincts and a dedicated food and drink precinct. This 25 lot land subdivision has sold out, to owners including a Pearl Mobil Service Station, Hungry Jacks, Banjo Bakery and Grace Removals. The service station connected to the food precinct will be the first fuel stop from Innisfail to Cairns, around a 90 km distance.
